About production

Behind all the achievements there is a long story of manufacture experience, which goes back over a century. Our story begins in the early 20th century. In 1958 the factory was reconstructed to the furniture factory of Odintsovo and in February 1993, in the process of reorganization has been created «ODINTSOVO" PA" CJSC registered under the trade-mark «VERDA».

From 2004 «ODINTSOVO» PA» CJSC manufactures high-quality interior wooden doors of own production under the trade-mark «VERDA», maid of eco-friendly materials on Italian and German equipment, due to the European standards. The design of door panels is based on the use of softwood and cell filling. The frame is made by splicing of bars along the length on the "mini-spike" which allows to excluding parts crook, increasing their strength and improving quality by removing wood defects. The variety of assortment is achieved by a combination of natural and synthetic coating materials using different textured front surface, the use of deaf and glass panels in various fields.

In 2010 «Odintsovo»PA» CJSC began production of radically new line of interior doors: «CASAPORTE» which was created in conjunction with leading Italian designers and constructors.

The «CASAPORTE» doors are the construction of two upright profiles (110*44mm.) and cross-section connecting elements of various sections – side-bars (the doors may also be called side-bar doors). A distinctive feature of this series is the absence of edge that is stiles details as well as the rest parts of the door leaf are wrapped with Eco-veneer.

Eco-veneer – a decorative multy-layer film with the effect of natural veneer. Eco-veneer is widely used in the production of interior doors. These doors look very impressive. The door leaves are long-lasting, practical, wear-proof and waterproof. Eco-veneer is an environmentally friendly product which meets all the European Standards.
