Technical description of «CASAPORTE»
In 2010 "Odintsovo"PA" CJSC began production of radically new line of interior doors: «CASAPORTE» which was created in conjunction with leading Italian designers and constructors.
Eco-veneer – a decorative multy-layer film with the effect of natural veneer. Eco-veneer is widely used in the production of interior doors. These doors look very impressive. The door leaves are long-lasting, practical, wear-proof and waterproof. Eco-veneer is an environmentally friendly product which meets all the European Standards.
The «CASAPORTE» doors are the construction of two upright profiles (110*44mm.) and cross-section connecting elements of various sections – side-bars (the doors may also be called side-bar doors). A distinctive feature of this series is the absence of edge that is stiles details as well as the rest parts of the door leaf are wrapped with Eco-veneer.
The profiles of upper and bottom cross-line sections in all models are 110*39mm. Thanks to the side-bar construction an impressive product line with various series has been designed and produced. Each of them is characterized by the design and construction features.
Standard sizes:
Height: 2000mm.
Width: 600mm., 700mm., 800mm. and 900mm.
Thickness: 44mm.
Door leaves in various element combinations:
1. glazed;
2. deaf;
3. combined (glass+panel)
The surface elements are combined: softwood and MDF. As decoration are used glass 6mm. and 10mm., fiberboard panel 6mm., 10mm. and 32mm. All the elements are decorated with Eco-veneer.
Here all the elements are joined by dowels and PVA glue. This method allows saving the geometry in the period of exploitation, and is safe for human health.
The door leaves of this series are used with telescopic moldings: door-frame 40*80mm., platbands (straight and curved): 15ő70mm., 15*80mm., additionally gathered straps: 10ő100mm., 10ő150mm., 10ő200mm.
The color range of «CASAPORTE» doors today is: Milan walnut, Italian walnut, Wenge and White oak.
There are eleven series under this trade-mark and each of them has its design and construction features.
